About
My name is Gabriele Fraternali. I was born in 1995 and I’m originally from Rimini, Italy. I currently live in Turin. I've been passionate about music for as long as I can remember. I started playing the trumpet at the age of 8, then switched to bass guitar at 12. Over the years, I’ve played in various bands, covering genres from funk to metal. In 2015, I began exploring the world of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), particularly Reaper and Ableton, and launched a personal IDM project. In 2021, my curiosity led me to discover the world of linear sound design, and it was love at first sight. After three years of self-study, I decided to pursue more focused training in the field of video games, as I’ve always been a passionate gamer. In 2024/2025, I attended the Game Audio Production course at Event Horizon School in Turin. This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge of game audio and learn implementation techniques in game engines (Unreal Engine and Unity) using FMOD, Wwise, and Metasound.
